We aim to ensure every contractor and DIYer is fully satisfied with their purchase through a transparent and efficient exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused tools in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and the RMA form are included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the items back to our East Coast distribution center for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the tools, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or apply a store credit within 5-7 business days.
